[Substratum] Android Oreo theme 1.7

! IMPORTANT !

You need a custom ROM for your device with complete Substratum support to use it!

This theme WILL NOT work with Lineage OS and ROMs based on it, please use ROMs based on AOSP for full, bug-free experience!

added light and dark style for battery in both statusbar and quick settings, please note that using dark battery style causes battery meter on statusbar to be dark, if your ROM allows, use percent number instead of icon, there's currently no other way to do it...

please clean themes overlay before applying new version

This is a system theme which allows older versions of Android to look just like the latest Android 8.0, Oreo. Not a standalone app!
